Description
MXR75027 is a 20kW V2G bidirectional power module. Its core idea is to realise the bidirectional interaction between electric vehicles and the power grid, using the energy storage of electric vehicles as a supplement to the power grid and renewable energy, using the peak-to-valley price difference, trough charging, and crest grid-connected discharge to realise electric energy storage for cars.
Bidirectional power module Application Field:
Energy storage (cascade utilization of batteries)
The product is a modular energy storage converter, which is very suitable for decommissioning or the
use of old power batteries as energy storage. The power covers 15kW~250kW, which is suitable for
energy storage in industrial and commercial parks.
Flexible embedded PCS solution provides core PCS
module, which is convenient for system integrators to flexibly design different forms of energy storage
systems; isolated bidirectional AC/DC converters are safer, more efficient, and more bulky when
connected to batteries small;
With the STS module, after the grid is powered off, it can be switched to off-grid power supply, which is
suitable for microgrid (island, remote villages, etc.) scenarios; wide voltage range, very suitable for
retired power battery echelon applications; can be configured as mobile energy storage, suitable for
G20 Important power supply scenarios such as summits, Boao Forum, and college entrance
examinations.
Battery formation and separation
Figure 2 shows the solution of bidirectional high frequency isolation power supply for battery formation
and capacity division.
The battery pack is grouped into the module, eliminating the power frequency
transformer, and the system is more efficient and smaller in size.
DC power aging
DC power supply, such as charging pile module, power operation power supply, communication power
supply, etc., during production aging, if there is a resistive load or electronic load, huge power loss will
be generated;
if the DC power supply is connected to the V2G module during the aging process, the
power Feeding back to the grid will save at least 95% of the electricity, save the owner’s electricity bill,
and save the owner’s production cost.
