MXR10040 40kW AC/DC charging module

Description

The MXR100040 includes features that solve common challenges faced when deploying high-power chargers, most notably its built-in reactive power control and Class B EMC compliance. MXR100040 also has a “hot swap” function, which allows operators to avoid accidents during maintenance and to easily and safely remove and install modules.

The MXR10040 EV charger module has a rated power of 40kW, and its size has been carefully designed to meet the power level defined by the DC electric vehicle charger. For HPC manufacturers who want to build 400kW high-power chargers, they only need to connect 10 MXR100040 modules in parallel in their power supply enclosures. The efficiency of MXR100040 exceeds 95.5%, and the output voltage range is between 100VDC and 1000VDC, which can meet the battery voltage of all current electric vehicles, including electric buses (approximately 700VDC or higher), and newer passenger electric vehicles.
